Arizona owned. Built to last. Kept for good.

You built something worth keeping. Let’s keep it going.

We’re an East Valley team that works with owner-run businesses in two ways. Thinking about what’s next for your business? We buy established businesses and keep them for good. Need better tools? We build secure software and AI for your shop.

What we do

Two ways we work with Arizona owners.

For owners planning the next chapter

Hand your business to people who’ll keep it.

When you’re ready to step back, whether that’s soon or years from now, we buy established Arizona businesses and keep them running the way your customers expect. Over time, the businesses we own share one software platform, shared data and insight, and access to capital a single shop rarely has on its own.

  • Your name stays on the door
  • Your team stays with the business
  • We buy to keep, not to flip.

For owners who need better tools

Secure AI and custom software, built fast.

We stand up a secure environment and custom tools for your business in a fraction of the usual time. AI does most of the building; our engineers review, test and approve the work before it goes live, then host and improve it on one monthly agreement.

  • AI for quoting, drafting and digging through specs, inside your own secure boundary
  • Set up for regulated work like ITAR and CUI, in your own AWS GovCloud account
  • Workflows, apps and analytics built from a conversation about how you work
  • Machine learning trained on your own data, such as vision-based quality control

How it works

It starts with a conversation,
not a pitch.

  1. A first conversation

A private conversation about your business and your goals for it. We listen first.

  2. A confidential look

If it fits for both of us, we sign a confidentiality agreement and review the details together.

  3. Plain terms in writing

A clear written offer or proposal. No fine-print surprises.

  4. On your timeline

You set the pace. Selling owners can stay on through a transition on their timeline.

Why we’re here

Good businesses shouldn’t disappear when their founders step back.

Questions

Straight answers, with our commitments in writing.

Selling your business

Are you private equity?

No. No fund, no outside investors, no plan to resell. We buy businesses to own and run for the long haul.

What happens to my name, my team and my customers?

They stay. Your name stays on the door, your team stays on, and your customers keep the service they count on. We put that in writing.

Can I stay involved after the sale?

If you’d like. You set the pace, and we’ll plan a transition on your timeline.

Is our conversation confidential?

Yes, from the first call. We sign a confidentiality agreement before we look at any numbers.

What do you bring to a business you buy?

Steady finances and reporting, modern software built by our own engineers, and help hiring, training and keeping good people.

What kinds of businesses are you looking for?

Established Arizona businesses with loyal customers, a capable team and an owner thinking about the next chapter. If that sounds like yours, we’d like to hear from you.

Software and AI

What is the software factory?

Our system for building software with AI. Tell us how a job gets done and it builds the tool quickly. A person tests and approves the work before it goes live.

Can we use AI on ITAR or CUI work?

Yes, when it’s set up right. We run AI models inside AWS GovCloud in your own account, so your drawings and customer data stay under your control.

What security standards do you build to?

We set things up around NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 1 and 2, for both on-site systems and the cloud.

Can you build machine learning on our own data?

Yes. For example, a model trained on your inspection photos to help with quality control. Your data stays yours.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so each project gets its own quote. We’ll talk through the work with you first, then put a clear price and scope in writing before anything starts.

Secure AI and custom software for manufacturers

Put AI to work on controlled data, inside your own boundary.

We build a private AI workspace and a software factory for your shop, in an AWS GovCloud account your company owns. Your CUI and export-controlled data stays in that account, and only U.S. persons on our team work with it.

The problem

The AI you keep hearing about isn’t built for controlled work.

If you handle CUI or ITAR drawings, the AI tools your office could start using tomorrow are off-limits for the work that matters most. Pasting a drawing into a commercial chatbot, or letting a tool take a screenshot of one, moves controlled data outside your boundary, even though the file stayed on your server. So the quoting, the purchase orders, the paperwork and the drawing questions keep landing on the same few people.

That has changed. Today’s leading AI models now run inside government-authorized cloud regions. We build the secure setup around them, and the tools your team actually uses.

What we build

A secure place to use AI, and the tools to go with it.

01

A secure AI workspace

A private cloud desktop in your company’s own AWS GovCloud (US) account. Your team uses Claude, Anthropic’s AI, on your drawings, specs and documents through Amazon Bedrock, inside the boundary. Files stay encrypted in your account. Copy-and-paste and file transfer to personal laptops are turned off. Sign-ins use multi-factor authentication, and AI requests are logged in your account, where you can see them.

02

A software factory for your shop

Custom tools built around how your shop runs: reading RFQs and purchase orders and drafting the quote or acknowledgment, sorting the inbox and drafting replies, and answering questions about drawings and specs with a link to the right page. Our tools draft; a person on your team approves before anything is sent or entered into your ERP. And when your people need something new, they can ask the factory for it themselves.

The software factory

A software factory, set up for your shop.

Most shops can’t justify a software team, so they make do with spreadsheets, workarounds and software that almost fits. A software factory changes that. AI agents do most of the building; our engineers write the plan, check the work and decide what ships. You get software made for the way your shop runs, for a fraction of what custom software used to cost, and a first working tool comes together quickly.

We set the factory up for you: your own code repository and your own automated pipeline, deploying into your own account. Then anyone on your team you give permission to, from the front office to the shop floor, can ask it for a new app, a workflow or an insight from your shop’s data, in plain words. No coding needed. Each request goes through the same steps before it ships.

How a tool gets built

  1. Write it down first

A short plan: what the tool does, who uses it, what data it touches and how we’ll know it works. You approve the plan before any code is written.

  2. AI builds, engineers check

AI agents write the code against that plan in small pieces. Automated tests and security scans run on each change, and AI features are graded against a set of known right answers before they ship.

  3. A person approves what ships

One of our engineers reviews and approves a change before it reaches your account, and your account’s own audit log records who deployed what.

  4. Try it on real work

Your team uses it on your own work before it goes live, and tells us what to change.

What you get

Your own pipeline

Your code lives in its own repository and runs in your own account, apart from other clients.

No stored keys

Deployments use short-lived sign-ins instead of passwords or keys kept on file.

Written down as it’s built

Each system comes with a runbook, so more than one engineer can run it, and so can you.

No lock-in

If you stop working with us, your systems keep running, we hand over the code, and our access ends.

Hosting when you want it

Tools that don’t touch controlled data can run in an account we host for you, and move to your own account when you want them to.

You decide who can ask

Permissions set who on your team can request what, and requests are recorded.

Getting started

How we start

  1. A conversation, then a walk-through

We sign your NDA first. Then we look at where controlled data lives today and which hours you most want back.

  2. You own the account; we’re invited in

Your company opens the GovCloud account and owns it and what’s in it. We help you set it up and work in it as invited administrators. You can remove our access whenever you choose.

  3. We build on test data first

We build and test in our own environment with made-up data, then install the finished work in your account.

  4. You see the cost before anything is switched on

You pay AWS directly for what you use, with a monthly budget alert at a number you choose.

  5. You get the manual with it

Each tool comes with a runbook and a plain-language guide, so your team knows how it works and what it records.

How we handle your data

Your data stays yours.

  • Your account

Controlled data lives in an account your company owns, not in ours.

  • U.S. persons only

Only U.S. persons on our team work with your technical data.

  • NDA first

    Before we see anything.

  • Not used for training

Amazon Bedrock doesn’t use your prompts or files to train AI models.

  • People stay in charge

Our tools draft. Someone on your team says yes before anything is sent, posted or entered.

  • Logged in your account

Sign-ins, changes and AI requests are recorded where you and your assessor can see them.

Straight talk on compliance

What we are, and what we aren’t.

We’re engineers, not assessors. We don’t certify anyone, and we aren’t a C3PAO or a Registered Practitioner Organization. We work as an outside service provider inside your boundary, under the same rules your own people follow, and your company signs its own assessment.

What we bring to it: a diagram of where controlled data flows, the additions to your System Security Plan for the new workspace, and logs you can export as evidence.

Who builds it

Engineers from the East Valley.

Alex Schultz

Technology & automation lead

Alex Schultz

Alex is a software engineer who builds systems that have to stand up to strict rules. He started out writing test software for aerospace and defense hardware and building delivery pipelines for a large defense contractor. Since then he has designed a cloud platform from the ground up under HIPAA and SOC 2, and built AI assistants and agents that people rely on in production.

He leads our software factory, where AI agents do most of the building and our engineers decide what ships. His focus is keeping people in charge of AI: an agent’s work logged, checked and easy to follow, so the person who signs for it can see what it did and why.

Questions

Questions shops ask us

Can’t we just use the AI tools we already have, carefully?

Not on controlled data, unless the tool runs inside an authorized environment, and most commercial AI services don’t. CUI in the cloud needs a provider that meets FedRAMP Moderate or its equivalent; ITAR data needs U.S.-only processing and U.S.-person access. AWS GovCloud (US) meets both, and it’s where the workspace runs. Your compliance advisor has the final word on your contracts.

Will this make us CMMC compliant?

A tool can’t do that on its own. The workspace is built to fit inside your boundary and to produce the records your assessment needs, but your company still does the assessment and signs it.

Who owns the account and the data?

Your company does. We work in it by invitation, and you can remove our access whenever you choose.

Do our people need to know how to code?

No. Anyone on your team with permission can describe what they need in plain words: an app, a workflow, an answer from your data. The factory plans and builds it, and it goes through the same checks and approval before it ships.

Does it replace our ERP?

No. It works beside your ERP, not instead of it.

What happens if we stop working with you?

Your systems keep running. We hand over the code and the runbook, remove our access, and the account stays yours.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your cloud use, which you pay to AWS directly, with a budget alert you set. And our fee for the build, which we quote after the first conversation.

How fast can we start?

After a first conversation and an NDA, we map where your data lives and propose a first tool.

Our team

Meet the people you’ll work with.

We’re an East Valley team with backgrounds in finance, software and AI, design, operations and people. Here’s who you’ll be talking to, and how to reach each of us directly.

Mark Exposito

Deals & finance lead

Mark Exposito

Mark is usually the first person an owner talks to. He guides each acquisition from that first conversation through closing: the financial review, the terms, and the work with lenders, attorneys and insurers. Finance, diligence, contracts and insurance are his professional depth, and he has led full diligence on a business sale.

After a purchase, he works in the office alongside the people already there, setting up the monthly close, job costing and reporting so the business runs on clear numbers. He sets the financial direction for the companies we keep, and his job is to slow things down when the numbers don’t hold.

He lives in Tempe with his wife and their young children.

Trey Nicholson

Systems & workflow

Trey Nicholson

Trey is a software engineer focused on forms, approvals and workflow, and he’s disciplined about documentation. He co-builds our tools and writes the runbooks behind them, so each system can be run by more than one person.

When we work with a business, Trey starts by learning how the work actually flows, through paper, spreadsheets and approvals, alongside the people doing it. Only then does he roll out workflow tools such as approvals, intake and document control, together with the team, and keep the documentation current.

Dylan Ramsdale

Partnerships & people lead

Dylan Ramsdale

Dylan is a senior recruiter who has built recruiting operations, standard procedures and training programs, and run high-volume hiring. He keeps our conversations with owners moving, with steady follow-up and careful notes.

In a business we work with, his focus is people. He gets to know the team one-on-one, plans for the key people a business depends on, and leads hiring, onboarding and training so good people stay.

Alec Lund

Integration strategy & experience

Alec Lund

Alec is a designer and instructor who leads our brand and the experience owners have with us, from the first letter to this website. He’s hands-on and quick to learn how things are made, and he builds standards people actually use.

After we buy a business, he learns it from the floor up, after safety training and alongside the people who do the work, to find the gaps. Then he leads integration one step at a time, only once we understand why things are done the way they are, and turns what he learns into a playbook for the next business.
